Nice small park. The owner is extremely nice.
Bottom line is I will definitely stay here again if back in the area.
This park was conveniently located to my work and although basic, had all the amenities I needed. The owner is customer focused and very accommodating. The hookups worked perfectly (50 amp only, so have an adapter if you need one). The pads are gravel and mine was a bit unlevel but was easy enough to work with. I would like to see the place a little cleaner but it is apparent the owner is doing some renovating and most of the rubbishy was related to this work. I'm very picky about trash.
Since my wyfe and I have been at the rv park, we have hade no problems with anything. The owner is a good man who will help any way he can. Todd is honest and tries his best to make sure your stay is a good and comfortable one.
This place was amazing. Easy access from 59, and enough room to back the trailer in without any trouble. They offer satellite for $20 a month which is awesome cause that's less than you would pay with your own dish. Mr. Todd is a very friendly and understanding person. I moved in and he pro rated my rent and satellite instead off charging me for the whole month. 2 days after I moved in I had to move because my job sent me somewhere else. Mr. Todd was really understanding and worked with me on a refund. If I'm ever around that part of Texas again this will be my go to place
Lazy K RV park is clean, quiet, with easy access to the highway. The part that I love most is the price! The owner Todd was really nice and super helpful! He was knowledgeable and went out of his way to help me. This will be my go-to place when I am in town.
